Rewrite Fianna's backstory a lot so she's got more to RP in the present. Then change some mechanical things to fit. Change deity from Mystra to Deneir (god of literacy), pay 2.5 to replace holy symbol. Proficient in orcish, not celestial. Drop Mending for Spare the Dying. Drop Minor Illusion for Infestation (Fianna's less of a trickster now).
