Wondrous Item, Legendary One half of the former phylactery of Qadira Veda, this multi-sided oversized polyhedral die is 3 inches across and radiates palpable magical energy. Six of the facets are keyed to a different plane of existence of importance in Qadira’s past: the Material Plane, Mechanus, Acheron, the Outlands, Limbo, and Pandemonium. The die has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. As a Magic action, you can expend 1 of the die’s charges to cast one of the following spells using the die. Gate. Pressing one side of the die, you cast Gate, opening a portal to the plane of existence keyed to that side. Plane Shift. Pressing one side of the die twice, you cast Plane Shift, transporting the targets to the plane of existence keyed to that side. Guardian. The item warns you, granting a +2 bonus to your Initiative rolls if you don’t have the Incapacitated condition.
