Harper's Tongue (Cli Lyre, Sentinel: Undead)

Consumables:
- Dust of Disappearance
- Dust of Sneezing and Choking

Story Awards:
One True Love (Lynette only)
You have won the heart of the tharchion of Thazalhar, Yaelend Hulthroun. Though you parted ways in quite the explosive manner, word has spread through Thay of your likeness and the possibility that his true love might have been kidnapped by enemy forces.

FOR FUTURE FR-DC-THAY ADVENTURES (EXCLUDING THAY01)
You gain disadvantage on all Dexterity (Stealth) checks, if there are any living Thayans around. But the tales of your loveliness have also spread, and you gain advantage on all Charisma (Persuasion) checks.

("I hate that I cannot deny a blessing from him. Not in my honor as Glare Captain or a Sun Elf of eld Netheril...")

Magic Items:
Mistbound (Delver, Gloomwrought Studded Leather)
Armor (Studded leather), rare (requires attunement)
Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes. Mist drifts lazily across the surface of this smoke-gray armor.

Delver. While underground, you always know the item’s depth below the surface and the direction to the nearest staircase, ramp, or other path leading upward.

Resting Lich Face (Guardian, Dread Helm)
Wondrous Item, Common
The ripples in the metal of this battered helm has the unusual effect of making the wearer look like one of the undead.

Guardian. The item warns you, granting a +2 bonus to your Initiative rolls if you don’t have the Incapacitated condition.

Consumables:
- Potion of Psionic Fortitude
This black potion swirls with shimmering flecks of pink and purple.
- Potion of Animal Friendship
Agitating this potion’s muddy liquid brings little bits into view: a fish scale, a hummingbird feather, a cat claw, or a squirrel hair.

Story Awards:

Hoard Items (Choose one from the rewards listed):

Hoard Option No. 1: Zee's Control (Temperate Staff of Healing)

Staff, rare (requires attunement by a Bard, Cleric, or Druid)

A staff marked with the crest of eccentric wandmaker Zee, whose last words were famously, "Wait, stop undo, UNDO!"

Temperate. You are unharmed by temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or lower and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.

Hoard Option No. 2: **Inkspot (Sentinel Portable Hole: Monstrosity)

Wondrous Item, rare

When unfolded, the cloth expands like a pool of glossy ink.

Sentinel. This item glows faintly when Monstrosities are within 120 feet of it.

Hoard Option No. 3: My Beardy Face (Songcraft Belt of Dwarvenkind)

Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)

A jaunty line from an old dwarven song is belted out whenever the wearer is struck: “You ain’t never had a beard like me!”

Songcraft. Whenever this item is struck or is used to strike a foe, you hear a fragment of an ancient song.

Magic Items:

Bluesteel (Unbreakable, Cast-Off Plate Armor)

Custom-made in trendy Eltabbar, this sleek set of plate armor has the striking effect of causing one’s lips to seem poutier. This occurs even if the wearer has naturally thin lips.

Unbreakable. The item can’t be broken. Special means must be used to destroy it.

Consumables:

Elemental Gem (Blue Sapphire)
Elemental Gem (Red Corundum)
Elemental Gem (Yellow Diamond)

Story Awards:
The Friends We Made Along The Way
You prioritized the people of Nethentir in their time of need, and your kindness will be remembered. As word spreads, you gain one automatic success on a D20 test of your choosing in a FR-DC-THAY adventure.

This applies to any attack roll, saving throw or check, and may be declared before or after the consequence of a roll is known. (It does not grant a Critical Hit.)

When this singular success has been claimed, remove this Story Award from your character.

• Lo, Behold (Strange Material Robe of Eyes).

Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)

Once part of a Szass Tam clone’s plan to take over the Realms, the many eyes that pattern this leathery robe always regard you solemnly. Is it perhaps an optical illusion that the eyes are all matched pairs?

• I See You (Secret Message Ring of X-Ray Vision)

Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)

Once part of a Szass Tam clone’s plan to take over the Realms, the eye set into the ring sometimes weeps reddish tears. When this liquid touches the inner surface of the ring, the following words emerge as though inscribed in blood: "I See You"

• Hey You (Guardian Ring of Force Resistance)

Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)

Once part of a Szass Tam clone’s plan to take over the Realms, this sapphire ring hisses sibilantly from time to time. Even now, you hear it call your name.

Story Awards:
Hope Springs Eternal (only for characters who voted to leave magic intact in Thay)
A land is more than its rulers, but always less than its people. It was for the people that you made your choice to allow magic to remain in the nation of Thay. In the wake of everything else, the Athora still glows dimly. Magic might be diminished, but it is not gone. Hope remains: more than that will rely on you. This Story Award will have consequences in future FR-DC-THAY adventures.
