applied to an existing item). If you have multiple copies of this certificate, then you may combine
them to forge a larger item.

scribe a Player's Handbook wizard spell of 3rd-level or lower into your spell book or book of shadows for no additional gold cost beyond the cost to scribe a spell. Gained a potion of greater healing.
