Magic Items

A figurine of wondrous power is a statuette of a beast small enough to fit in a pocket. If you use an action to speak the command word and throw the figurine to a point on the ground within 60 feet of you, the figurine becomes a living creature. If the space where the creature would appear is occupied by other creatures or objects, or if there isn't enough space for the creature, the figurine doesn't become a creature.

The creature is friendly to you and your companions. It understands your languages and obeys your spoken commands. If you issue no commands, the creature defends itself but takes no other actions.

The creature exists for a duration specific to each figurine. At the end of the duration, the creature reverts to its figurine form. It reverts to a figurine early if it drops to 0 hit points or if you use an action to speak the command word again while touching it. When the creature becomes a figurine again, its property can't be used again until a certain amount of time has passed, as specified in the figurine's description.

This onyx statuette of a dog can become a mastiff for up to 6 hours. The mastiff has an Intelligence of 8 and can speak Common. It also has darkvision out to a range of 60 feet and can see invisible creatures and objects within that range. Once it has been used, it can't be used again until 7 days have passed.

Wondrous item, very rare
This book contains intuition and insight exercises,
and its words are charged with magic. If you spend
48 hours over a period of 6 days or fewer studying
the book's contents and practicing its guidelines,
your Wisdom score increases by 2, as does your
maximum for that score. The manual then loses its
magic, but regains it in a century. This item is found
in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.

Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)

This belt is made from plates of steel embossed with golden filigree connected by metal pins. A fire giants face adorns the buckle. The giant appears to be having a hearty laugh as she wears an enormous smile on her face.
While wearing this belt, your Strength score changes to 25. The item has no effect on you if your Strength without the belt is equal to or greater than 25.

Description: Plate, Very Rare You have a +2 bonus to AC while wearing this armor. This item is found on Magic Item Table I in the Dungeon Master’s Guide. This suit of plate armor was created by Cultists of the Black Earth and is fashioned from slabs of stone (instead of metal). The armor resizes to fit its wearer.

Wand, very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)
The shaft of this wand is made of blackened bone covered in flecks of a strange, unidentifiable metal.

While holding this wand, you gain a +3 bonus to spell attack rolls. In addition, you ignore half cover when making a spell attack.

dndbeyond

This staff appears wholly unexceptional. The wood haft is gnarled and irregular, and the thin strip of leather wrapped around its midpoint is frayed and cracked. When rapidly spun in the hands of a skilled user, the staff creates a buzzing drone audible to all within 100 feet. If spun for more than a few moments, the drone turns into a sonorous, chanted prayer to Ubtao.

Wondrous item, very rare

You can speak the carpet's command word as an action to make the carpet hover and fly. It moves according to your spoken directions, provided that you are within 30 feet of it.
A 3 ft. × 5 ft. carpet can carry up to 200 lb. at a fly speed of 80 feet. A carpet can carry up to twice this weight, but it flies at half speed if it carries more than its normal capacity.

Very rare (requires attunement)

Considered a sacred relic by the lizardfolk hunters of the gas giant planet Coliar, the Blade of Aaqa is initially freezing to the touch but the wielder’s hand quickly acclimates, and it feels as if the all-metal grip becomes one with flesh.
When you hit with an attack using this magic sword, the target takes an extra 1d6 cold damage. In addition, while you hold the sword, you have resistance to fire damage.
In freezing temperatures, the blade sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet.
When you draw this weapon, you can extinguish all nonmagical flames within 30 feet of you. This property can be used no more than once per hour.

In addition, this weapon has the Delver minor property. While underground, the bearer of this item always knows the item's depth below the surface and the direction to the nearest staircase, ramp, or other path leading upward.

Ring, very rare (requires attunement)

While wearing this ring, you regain 1d6 hit points every 10 minutes, provided that you have at least 1 hit point. If you lose a body part, the ring causes the missing part to regrow and return to full functionality after 1d6 + 1 days if you have at least 1 hit point the whole time.

This silver wedding ring was worn by Rinoa and given to you. Should you ever be in danger, a warm and familiar voice whispers in your ears to be wary and, in addition, whenever you are injured, you feel a familiar presence by your side. The positive energy encloses you and slowly mends your wounds.
