Magic Items

Name Rarity Location Table Result Counts?
Way of the Dragon Unique true
Way of the Dragon. You are as elusive and free as the Dragon of Heavenly Blessings. This charm has 6 charges. As an action, you can expend 1 charge and gain one of the following benefits: Difficult terrain doesn’t cost you extra movement until the end of your next long rest. The next time you end your turn paralyzed or restrained, that condition ends on you. This benefit then ends. After you expend a charge, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest. Once all its charges have been expended, the charm vanishes from you.
Wind Fan Uncommon true
Wind Fan Wondrous item, uncommon While holding this fan, you can use an action to cast the gust of wind spell (save DC 13) from it. Once used, the fan shouldn’t be used again until the next dawn. Each time it is used again before then, it has a cumulative 20 percent chance of not working and tearing into useless, nonmagical tatters.
Dust of Disappearance Uncommon true
Dust of Disappearance Wondrous item, uncommon Found in a small packet, this powder resembles very fine sand. There is enough of it for one use. When you use an action to throw the dust into the air, you and each creature and object within 10 feet of you become invisible for 2d4 minutes. The duration is the same for all subjects, and the dust is consumed when its magic takes effect. If a creature affected by the dust attacks or casts a spell, the invisibility ends for that creature.
Adamantine Splint Mail Uncommon true
Adamantine Splint Mail Heavy Armor, Uncommon This suit of armor is reinforced with adamantine, one of the hardest substances in existence. While you're wearing it, any critical hit against you becomes a normal hit.
Slippers of Spider Climbing Uncommon true
Slippers of Spider Climbing Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement) While you wear these light shoes, you can move up, down, and across vertical surfaces and upside down along ceilings, while leaving your hands free. You have a climbing speed equal to your walking speed. However, the slippers don’t allow you to move this way on a slippery surface, such as one covered by ice or oil.
Potion of Longevity Very Rare true
Potion of Longevity Potion, very rare When you drink this potion, your physical age is reduced by 1d6 + 6 years, to a minimum of 13 years. Each time you subsequently drink a potion of longevity, there is 10 percent cumulative chance that you instead age by 1d6 + 6 years. Suspended in this amber liquid are a scorpion’s tail, an adder’s fang, a dead spider, and a tiny heart that, against all reason, is still beating. These ingredients vanish when the potion is opened.
Elixir of Health Rare true
Elixir of Health Potion, rare When you drink this potion, it cures any disease afflicting you, and it removes the blinded, deafened, paralyzed, and poisoned conditions. The clear red liquid has tiny bubbles of light in it.
