This amulet is a silver dragon’s head encircled by a brass ring studded with ten tiny diamonds that twinkle like stars when the amulet is activated. This copper amulet contains tiny interlocking gears and is powered by magic from Mechanus, a plane of clockwork predictability. A creature that puts an ear to the amulet can hear faint ticking and whirring noises coming from within. When you make an attack roll while wearing the amulet, you can forgo rolling the d20 to get a 10 on the die. Once used, this property can’t be used again until the next dawn.

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement) These hard leather boots are festooned with switches, wiring, and transparent crystal conduits filled with glowing, green liquid. Tiny jets of blue flame emit from ports on the boots’ soles when activated. While you wear these boots, you can use an action to cast the levitate spell on yourself at will. You rise vertically, up to 20 feet, and remains suspended there for the Duration. The spell can levitate a target that weighs up to 500 pounds. You can move only by pushing or pulling against a fixed object or surface within reach (such as a wall or a ceiling), which allows it to move as if it were climbing. You can change your altitude by up to 20 feet in either direction on your turn. You can move up or down as part of your move. Otherwise, you can use your action to move the target, which must remain within the spell's range. When the spell ends, you floats gently to the ground if you are still aloft.
