Wondrous Item, uncommon You are immune to contracting any disease while you wear this pendant. While you wear it, poisons have no effect on you. If you are already infected with a disease, the effects of the disease are suppressed while you wear the pendant. The periapt is a diamond-shaped emerald with the elvish word for “health” floating inside the gem. This item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.
