Nice old woman Grandmother Callendra has some way to find protected secrets, lives in the sunken ruins of Ishau near refuge bay. Known to make this brew known as the black water elixir.
Refuge bay is safe enough in the shallows, deeper there may be other unsavoury creatures.
Harper one other thing. Tried to contact the Ramshackle king for so long. Needs to know secrets. Hands Graw stone. Hide stone in their quarters.
Look for the ship Nathir in the harbor ward.
Fight roc and dragonturtle.
Swampy area. Three old crones. Heard of the kind but don’t know where he is. Lives yonder somewhere deeper in the peninsula. Black elixir can help point us in the right direction.
