Also a set of fine clothes, a disguise kit, tools of the con of your choice (a signet ring of an imaginary duke), and a belt pouch containing 15 gp, for being a charlatan (background). Initial purchase: Sell the scholar's pack for 20 gp, buy an explorer's pack for 10gp. Then buy a forgery kit for 15. That leaves 10 gp.
