We were commissioned by the Gnome Queen of the Moonshae Islands to investigate the missing other tribes deep in the mountains. Rumors were, that strange and invisible creatures were snatching the gnomes down there. Investigating the Gnome tribes we found them either in fear or dead, killed in a exceptionally cruel fashion. After investigating the scene of an onslaught in a theatre we were attacked by uncanny assassins. After we disposed of them, we were greeted by an actient dwarven king. Resting at his castle, he told us that something had disturbed a sacred place deeper into the mountains, trapping his soul here and sending these dark creatures to torment the gnomes. Investigating further, we ventured deeper into the mountains and found ourselves surrounded by a giant mushroom kingdom. An old dwarven crypt was now home to a vast array of plants and insects, all under the control of an evil druid. In a final showdown we confronted him and after some time were able to break the spell that opened the portal to the gnomes' mountains. On the druids body we were able to recover an amulet from their former lover...
When "enjoing" an evening in the Borderlands, a horde of skeletons attacked the inn we were resting in. After a tough brawl, we investigated a bit further. Seems the bodies belonged to a local noble family, whose crypt and the graveyard it was located in was only a brief walk away from the tavern. The innkeep also informed us, that she saw one of her patrons stumbling drunkenly towards the graveyard after she kicked him out a few days ago. She hasn't heard from him since. The graveyard was overrun by skeletons, zombies and crawling hands, all of them deadset to kill us. It took us a while, but we managed to subdue them. Our bard also quickly disposed of a scout that stood in the crypt's entryway. Upon investigating further, we found that the scout in question was in fact the drunken patron from the bar earlier the week. Seems that the alcohol went to his head and somehow gave him massive insight into necromancy. Maybe he was a necromancer before, who knows? The lord of the crypt was grateful, that we put his ancestors to rest, and the spirit granted us his moontouched weapon.

Some adventurers asked us to retrieve their missing comrads. Also, rumors of a bugbear. So we went down the bugbear's lair. A dead Bugbear, orphaned bugbear babies, dead zombies and a minotaur-skeleton later, we left the cave without any living adventurer. But with their stuff, which is fine as well

Taking an odd job for the Flaming Fist in Baldur's Gate we were investigating the murderer of a Half Orc who was suspected to be an avid member of the cult of Zariel. We were also tasked to find some evidences that linked a Flaming Fist agent, that was suspected to have connections to the same cult and giving them hints, enabling their escape from law enforcement. After a chasing our suspected mole through the city, we watched him exchange some items with a red robed Zariel cultist. Apprehending him, we found some useful insight into the inner workings of the cult. We locked him up and investigated the crimescene. It appeared that the victim, who thought of himself as a vessel for a minor devil, conjured said devil only to be overpowered by him, leading to his gruesome death. We traced the devil to a secret ritual chamber in the basement, where he was about to sacrifice a young woman. A fight with the cultists ensued, a lot of blood was spilled that day, but we were able to rescue the sacrifice. We returned her as well as the prisoner to the station. Our superior was happy to finally have some evidence against the mole

Arriving in Avernus, we immediatly made contact with the locals - in a death machine race. The priestess of Ilmater we were to escort wanted to settle in the Wandering Emporium, yet the monarch of the place, Mahadi the Rakshasa wanted a favour from us: We were to find out who sent the Rusty Razors - the gang of death machine riders we encountered earlier - after his encampment, scaring his customers away. We questioned all of his merchants - all of them here against their will, having sold their soul to Mahadi. It took us some time, but managed to find the little imp, that wanted to climb the career ladder by betraying Mahadi. He wanted - but ended up as a puddle of goo on the ground
