Started with 20 gp from the Urban Bounty Hunter background, sold a burglar's pack for 8 gp and two daggers for 1 gp, bought two shortswords for 20 gp, a backpack for 2 gp, a quiver for 1 gp, two rations for 1 gp and a hempen rope for 1 gp.

Fought our way through the cellar and found a lot of treasue aswell as the phylactery. Gained 1 potion of healing, 1 scroll of Mage Armor, 1 scroll of Sleep and 1 scroll of Unseen Servant. Also found a Gem of Brightness, a (cursed) "Shield of Missile Attraction" and five +1 crossbow bolts. Sold the leather armor, shortbow and quiver for 18 gp, bought a studded leather armor for 45 gp, a heavy crossbow for 50 gp, 20 crossbow bolts for 1 gp and a crossbow bolt case for 1gp. Discarded the remaining 16 arrows.

Managed to defeat all of the enemies and rescued the farmers. Spent three +1 crossbow bolts. Found 1 potion of healing. Found 135 gp worth of juwelry and other treasure, spent 1 gp to buy 20 crossbow bolts and 2 sp to buy a waterskin. Spent 1 downtime day to repair the rusted shortsword. Discarded the scroll of Sleep.

Managed to defeat the evil mushrooms, clear out the toxic mushrooms and collect the medicine for the sick child. Gained 1 potion of Fire Breath. Discarded the scroll of Mage Armor.

Managed to defeat the source of the plague that had sickened the orcs. Found 1 potion of healing and discarded one scroll of Unseen Servant. Received 42.57 gp as a reward. Took a rapier +1 as the reward for reaching level 5.
