Cleared out parts of floor 23 of the Dungeon of the Mad Mage and found a strange, ornate throne that lets us steer ships across the planes (Helm of the Scavenger) (story reward).

Started fighting the fire giants in their steading after finding more magic items in a secret, invisible stash meant as presents for the leader of the fire giants, Snurre.

Played "Chapter 8: The Styes": Cleared out the temple and killed the aboleth. Confronted the spawn.

Defeated the red wizards and save Zahira. Story Reward: "Turmish Hospitality": As a thanks for their aid in uncovering the Thayan plot, Turmish become a safe harbor for the characters, and they are always offered a place to stay. Zehira remains a friend to the party.

Played "Against The Giants": Entered the Hill Giant Steading and started a huge fight in the banquet room.

Defeated ice toads, remorhazes and 2 adult white dragons. Started negotiations with the Jarl of the frost giants. Drank 1 potion of superior healing, and received 1 potion of fire resistance.

Played "Chapter 8: The Styes". Finished several tasks around the village and in the Drowned Forest.

Played "Chapter 8: The Styes": Reached Seaton, learned about the Lantern Ghost, met Master Refrum and took in some street kids.

Found the djinni Dararguk on a "treasure" island and got him to fulfill a (minor)"wish" for us in the future. Talked to a storm giant about clearing out a fortress in the woods in exchange for stopping the storms around Saltmarsh. Story reward: "The djinni Dararguk will perform a single favor a character in exchange for that character spending 30 downtime days on the island, regaling it with tales of the world. This favor can’t have a permanent effect, nor will the djinni grant or loan a magical item.”

Fought our way through the Dreadforest to confront Granny Nightshade.

Defeated Granny Nightshade and her vampire, oni and bat minions.

Cleared out the top floor of the Hill Giant Steading and took down a significant number of giants and bugbears on the lower floor. Freed a huge number of orcs and convinced some orcs to fight the giants alongside us.

Explored and cleared out more of the Frost Giant Glacier.

Explored more of the Frost Giant Glacier and found "diplomat passes" that the party is wearing as belts.
