Sigurd received a rune-carved stone from his father. As you inspect the rune, you noticed a strange pattern that stands out to you. That pattern speaks neither of the runes nor of your language. In fact it resembled a stickman fighting a flying lizard. As you journey down from the Spine of the world and traveled around in search of stronger foes to test your strength, you received news from a man named Ontharr Frume. You remember you once dueled him and the match ended in a tie, though you suspect you haven't actually gave it his all. The letter kindly asked for your help in searching for a friend of his that has went missing for many ten days, last heard in Waterdeep. You investigated Waterdeep and soon you heard strange rumors of malicious activity around Greenest. To further investigate the matter and thinking perhaps you'd have a chance to meet a worthy foe, you set out to Greenest.​ Unfortunately, when you arrived, it was already near 1am. In fact you only came as you saw lightning cackled and heard thunder roaring from a distance away. You rushed into the burning town of Greenest but you saw the Temple of Chauntea being surrounded by bandits and kobolds and they even had a Ram readied to knock down the barricaded gate. You know that there are many civilians inside, otherwise the door wouldn't have been barricaded. Not only that, there is another group of bandits and kobolds patrolling around the place. You snuck to the back and manages to meet up with another group of knights. You can tell they are the protector of this town and they mentioned they are sent by Governor Nighthill and captain Escobert to rescue the people. Thus the lot of you worked together to take out the kobolds surrounding the backdoor. You and the knights entered and manages to convince the frightened citizens inside to leave with you. The lot of you proceeded to the Old Tunnel, a secret place cleared perhaps by another party of knights or adventurers. You managed to make your way to the keep and were taking some rest when you heard beating of wings, huge explosion, guards screaming, and debris crashing into the ground. Just as the sound of thunder clapping deafened you, the door swung open and you met a young man who you can tell is a Tabaxi. He seems to be out of breath and a much frightened. "We'll need gold! Lots of gold!!!" Consumable: Potion of minor healing.
