Magic Items

This helm of telepathy takes the form of bejeweled tiara sporting a tiger's eye stone and the heraldry of the Dukes of Scelptar. When worn, you feel an affection for house cats.

In several places throughout the flotilla, the characters may find wingwear. While the characters can complete the adventure with some of these items, they will not receive certificates for them so they cannot be traded.

They can be lent to other players in future adventures normal, but must be returned at the end of the adventure. Note that once the charges are expended the character needs an elemental air node to recharge them.

These boots are embroidered with the image of a mountain venting a large plume of white smoke. While worn the bearer can understand and speak Gnomish.

This black metal mace is decorated with the holy symbols of Auril, Talos, and Velsharoon. The light shed by this mace flickers like lightning and generates occasional swirls of snowflakes.

The Tyrant Lizard Gang used this portable hole to smuggle dinosaurs throughout the city. Its edges are frayed from being chewed on, and the occasional tooth or feather can still be found inside it.

Wand, rare (requires attunement)
This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend some of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it (spell save DC 15, +5 to hit with spell attacks): ice storm (4 charges), ray of frost (no charges, or 1 charge to cast it as a 5th-level character), or sleet storm (3 charges).
The wand regains 1d6+1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 20, the wand melts away, forever destroyed.
This wand has been transformed into an alien, glassy green crystal that's cold to the touch and morphs its appearance slightly overnight. When within 5 feet of a portal to the Far Realm, the wand glows a sickly green and writhes like a snake.

This leathery cloak is made of the small, green scales of a pteranodon. When attuned to, the wearer gains a powerful appetite for fish.

This halberd's blade is made of transparent starmetal, granting it an appearance akin to glass. The astral elves are renowned for their skill in crafting this brittle metal into durable tools. When exposed to starlight, countless tiny galaxies twirl within the blade.

This foot-long, twisted iron spike emits a faint coppery scent when channeling magical energies.

This slender glass wand is wrapped in a tight coil of thin copper wire. When used, the wielder’s hair stands up on end.
