One of your D&D Adventurers League characters has learned a new language called Fan Cant. This language is entirely non-verbal and involves opening, closing, or fluttering a fan in subtle ways. While not an extensive code, you can subtly get your general point across without others realizing you are having a conversation. If both characters in the conversation know Fan Cant, they can communicate and respond normally. If only one character knows Fan Cant, they can send coded messages which their target understands, but the other cannot respond without communicating through some other method. You must assign this certificate to one of your D&D Adventurers League characters. That character may only use Fan Cant when you bring the the fan received during the 2018 D&D Open with you to the table. (earned playing online at 2022 November VDDW, so no physical fan was received!)
